U10 Rugby win against Fettes

The boys travelled to Fettes for their first match and the excitement was high.

Two mixed ability teams of 6 played two hard fought matches.

Team 1 consisting of mainly F5 boys managed a 9-7 victory with some good passing moves and selfless play. They might try to tighten up on their tackling as Fettes ran in quite a few solo tries unhindered. (A mention goes to Arthur with 5 tries.)

Team 2 of F4 boys were also winners with 11 tries to 9. They played some fluent rugby and were willing to try to find a pass rather than going it alone. There was lots of solid tackling and the boys in both teams should be proud of their efforts
