U11A vs Strathallan

Won by 14 runs

On a wild Perthshire day, our U11A team took the road to play Strathallan School. After Jamie won the toss and elected to bowl we exerted pressure on the Strathallan top order with some excellent bowling from Toby, Caspian and Honour. This was supported with some brilliant fielding leading to fabulous run out by Honour to continue to keep the Strathallan score in check. Oliver and Arthur were outstanding at the death and limited Strathallan to 263.

Our openers of Edward and James started strongly again, with Edward rotating the strike nicely and James playing some powerful strokes. This was supported by Leo, Max and Theo who kept the scoreboard ticking. Jamie and Caspian smashed the ball around and in the end, we just beat the weather and won by 14 runs. An excellent team performance!
