In a hard-fought hockey match between Cargilfield and Belhaven, Cargilfield exhibited a remarkable improvement from the week before. Throughout the match, Cargilfield maintained their competitive spirit and determination. In the first three quarters, we managed to keep the scoreboard ticking over but we struggled to take care of our passing and relied on some individual skill. Our best play was in the final quarter when we decided to transition the ball with some brilliant passing and quick ball movement and this was pivotal to our performance. Notably, in the final quarter our willingness to pass the ball backward displayed our tactical maturity and adaptability on the field.
