U11A Hockey v Craigclowan

6-0 Win

The U11A team had an eventful and exciting hockey match at Craigclowan, with Taylor Swift's music providing motivation on the bus ride to the location.

On arrival Captain for the game was Florence that led the team in a good warm-up and won the toss to start with the ball.

Livia's fast start and her shot on goal, although saved by Craigclowan's agile goalie, showed determination and skill in the first minute of the game. The game then slowly started to take shape with the team having the majority of the possession. The girls did however struggle to get the ball in the goal with many shots being missed straight in front of the goal.

After receiving feedback and having a team chat, it's evident that the girls made some adjustments and improvements in the second half. The ability to flow more naturally and become more goal-hungry resulted in a total of four more goals. Their persistence and positive attitude was paying off.

Congratulations to the U11A team for their overall positive result, and well done to all the players for their hard work and teamwork on the field. Livia was voted player of the match by Craigclowan.
