Cargilfield’s U11 B’s headed North, just outside of Perth, to play against Kilgraston’s U11A team. Due to the windy conditions across Scotland we headed inside to the schools sports hall. We began the match slowly with a magnificent goal scored by Emilie in the first quarter with Kilgraston scoring a total of eight. Our defenders Helena and Alexandra fought very hard however the oppositions shooters were on a roll. We played better with our defenders Helena, Alexandra and Anastasia managing to snatch some balls back into Cargilfield’s possession and our attackers Esme, Emilie, Isabelle, and Minty ending it up to the goal and our shooters getting two more in! Letting one slide into the opposition with three to nine at the end of the second quarter. The third quarter we scored one more point with Kilgraston just getting three in against our strong defence. After a quick break and a pep talk the girls went out to the last quarter of the match another two points to Cargilfield and letting two pass to Kilgraston. We finished the match with a loss 16-6.

Despite the defeat the girls played very well and listened to feedback and coaching.
